Tektstar's Quality management starts from the strict review of the supplier's qualification and channel control, and carries out quality control from four dimensions of supplier development stage, procurement stage, warehousing stage and later supplier management stage, committed to zero defect quality management, so that customers have no worries.


According to the AVL（approval vendor list) management system of ISO9001 quality management system, we strictly carry out the survey of quality and reputation for the supplier access system, and conduct on-site inspection and answer the quality assurance agreement. After entering the AVL list in the later stage, we gradually verify the sample from the beginning to the small batch and finally to the large batch. In the later stage, the quality, delivery time, price and service are comprehensively assessed, and the survival of the fittest system is implemented.

The procurement team was built of expert members with more than 10 years of experience in the industry, with supply chain work experience in TOP500 enterprises, strategic cooperation with original manufacturers and large agents, and famous vendors in the industry.
